The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, making us feel totally at home. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. the decor was unique and took a little getting used to, but it added to the charm. the location of the hotel was great, conveniently located near the ski slopes and amenities. the food was also great, with a variety of options to choose from. the service provided by the staff was outstanding and made our Christmas stay very enjoyable.

One slight drawback was the excessive amount of artwork throughout the hotel. It felt a bit overwhelming and could benefit from a reduction.

The Snow Lodge Hotel was a delightful surprise in Courchevel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel like part of the family. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a great view. The breakfast was delicious, and the sushi and dinner were top-notch. The barman, Chris, crafted the most amazing Passionate Kiss cocktail. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and the lively New Year's Eve party. the Snow Lodge Hotel provided a unique and unforgettable experience.

I had an outstanding stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the slopes and close to the village shuttle bus stop, making transportation a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everywhere I turned, they exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the hot tub and sauna. The breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced, providing a great start to the day.

The hotel offers an incredibly convenient location that’s just steps away from the slopes, and the ski room on-site is also a huge plus. You’ll also be able to easily access great shopping and dining options nearby. the staff is always helpful and welcoming, and the cozy rooms boast breathtaking views and comfortable furnishings that make for an unforgettable stay.

There are some issues with soundproofing in the rooms, so if you’re unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors, it can be a bit disruptive at times.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in the heart of the mountains during our ski trip. This hotel has luxurious amenities that have exceeded our expectations. the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, and the Indoor swimming pool was very refreshing. we enjoyed the Sauna & Turkish bath. Our room was spacious and came with exclusive advantages, including a private balcony with stunning views of the mountains.

The only minor issue was with the Restaurant and Bar area. Although the food was tasty, the menu was limited, and the cocktails were not up to our expectations.

The hotel was conveniently located near the slopes, making it easy to hit the slopes directly without spending too much time on a commute. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of storage space for ski gear.

The hotel was expensive for the quality and size of the rooms, which were relatively small. The ventilation system in the rooms left something to be desired, as the odor from the kitchen was often present in the rooms.
